The Visionary Founder
Eng. Abdulmohsen bin Mohammed Alzakary
Founder of the Group
Eng. Abdulmohsen bin Mohammed Alzakary, the Founder of Alzakary Holding Group, possesses over 45 years of practical experience in investment, real estate development, and project management. He is a prominent figure in Saudi Arabia’s economic and social development landscape. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from King Saud University in 1982, and was raised in a culturally inspiring environment that shaped his developmental and humanitarian vision.
Eng. Alzakary has served as a member of the Saudi Shura Council for three terms, where he played an active role in shaping national legislation. He also served as a member of the Advisory Committee for Endowments, Board Member of the Disabled Children’s Association (and Chairman of its Investment Committee), as well as Chairman of the Investment Committees of both King Abdulaziz Endowment (Ain Al-Aziziyah) and the Social Charity Fund. His executive experience includes serving as Managing Director of Riyadh Development Company, Chairman of the Executive Committee at Tabuk Cement Company, and Member of the Riyadh Regional Council, in addition to chairing the boards of Almanakh Company and Faman Real Estate Projects Company.

Since its unification and founding by King Abdulaziz – may Allah rest his soul –, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has witnessed remarkable growth and prosperity, a journey that continues under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may Allah preserve them. The late 1970s and early 1980s marked an unprecedented encouragement for the Saudi private sector to play an active role in national development through participation in the establishment of public, private, and non-profit entities. In recognition of this national duty, Alzakary Holding was founded in 1980. Today, as the Kingdom undergoes a historic economic transformation under Vision 2030, Alzakary Holding continues to diversify its investments and expand its presence across multiple sectors — including real estate, engineering consultancy, healthcare, financial services, and venture capital. The company proudly continues its journey of excellence, contributing to the national economy through high-value, diversified investments, while constantly improving its policies, methodologies, and resources to maintain sustainable success. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Alzakary Holding Group, in addition to being the Chairman and Co-Founder of Miyar Capital
He is also a member of the boards of several public and private companies.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Prince Sultan University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Allied American University (USA). He brings distinguished executive and financial expertise to the group.
Eng. Faisal bin Abdulmohsen Alzakary
Leads Development Strategies within the Group
One of the group’s key development leaders, he contributed to the founding of Daman Real Estate Projects Company and currently serves as its Managing Director, achieving significant growth in its investment portfolio.
He is also the Chairman and General Manager of Architectural Group Consulting Engineers, in addition to serving on the boards of several private and public companies
He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University, New York, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Woodbury University, Los Angeles.
Mr. Ziad bin Abdulmohsen Alzakary
Managing Partner
Mr. Ziad serves as the Managing Partner at Azm Investment Company, with extensive experience in asset management, company valuation, and the design of innovative investment strategies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management and is distinguished by his passion for smart investments and diversified asset portfolios that drive sustainable growth.
